Oh, So Males Do It Too,Seriously?

I didn't know we had males out there who lived off of drama or start drama. This happened to me when school was coming to an end, and finals were about to start. I had a small group of friends, I also talked to a lot of other people so it wasn't like I was cut off from everyone else and just hung with this one group. So one sunny Monday I was outside enjoying the day, you know happy because my outfit looked cute and I had just gotten a brand new phone, finally! lol. All of a sudden the same group I hung around started calling my name, now I did hear them but I was like I don't really want to hang with anyone today just want to chill alone. So I kept walking they finally caught up to me when I stopped to text. Then they circled around me and all started asking questions about did I say this and that about them. I told them point blank I didn't say anything, so then they were like oh well...your male friend told us that you've been saying all this stuff about us. And in my mind I'm like I haven't talked to that guy since like February when I realized he wanted to have sex with me and I told him no, and to make it worst he had a girlfriend. So to make a long story short, I got a restraining order against "my so called friends". The summer started and I blew it off, and was enjoying my summer and might I add my 3.5 GPA, lol. All of a sudden I get a text today earlier this morning, and he's like hey Keda I'm sorry for lying on you that was really childish or whatever. I looked at the text, and was like wow. The truth finally comes out once the dust settles. I just can't grasp why some males act like females, feeding off of drama or starting it themselves. So fudging immature dude!

I Like!.

So yesterday...once again I was watching the Wendy Williams show and She was talking about American Idol and who the winner was and who all performed. She talked to this guy I forgot his name through webcam about who the performers were and he said Janet Jackson was there and she did a great job. They showed a picture of Janet Jackson during the performance, but it was to small for me to see. Not only that but, I was on my facebook and one of the girls was talking about how Janet's new cut didn't fit her. So I just had to find a picture of Janet's new haircut. Personally I love the cut. I like how it looks, to me it fits her face. Not only that but its her hair, so if she wants to cut it then its her perogative! You go Janet! You're hair looks nice, or as Tyra would say"You look Fierce!

Rihanna makes the band along side Travis Parker for her new video Rockstar 101 inspired by the rock guitarist Slash, she makes a mean double. Rihanna's been bringing it lately and I love it!

Complexion Obsession

I actually agree with her, I believe we as black people

do have a complexion obsession.

I watched the entire video, and I didn't see any girls of his complexion, or close to his complexion. Wale could have thrown some of them into the video, I'm just saying. He has to watch what videos he puts out, because the song is clearly titled Pretty Girls, and for him not to have any women of dark complexion, he might not see anything wrong, but guys watch his videos and look up to him as well so when they see his video, Pretty Girls, and see, ok this is what a "pretty girl" is she's either mixed, Hispanic, or of white descent etc. Then that's how they are going to go on in life labeling what pretty is. Still like your music, but she did make a valid point Wale.

Eyegasm of the day

I call it eyegasm(lol) because this is the first time in a while, where a video is actually telling a story.
That's something that we are missing now days in many music videos.
I fell in love with this song like months ago, played it almost everyday on my mix Cd that I had. This tells me that I don't watch a lot of TV, because I didn't even know the video was out for this song, but I guess when its on the radio like 24/7 then they're bound to have a video out by now. Any who I love the concept of the video.

Better Off Alone!.

So last night I was watching Belly 2 on BET and the movie wasn't as good as Belly. Movies like Grease, Belly, Save The Last Dance, Bring It On etc. should just be left without a sequel. Sequels are just Corny, and not as great as the first movie. What really gets me is how they make sequels to these movies, but don't use the original characters what so ever. I mean whats the purpose of a sequel if the main characters aren't going to be the same, you know? Another thing I don't like is when they re-make or remix movies that are better off original. Like Carmen starring Dorothy Dandridge & Harry Belafonte that was a great movie. I mean don't get me wrong Beyonce did her thing in the Hip opera Carmen version, but that movie was better left like it was. I heard they did a Broadway version of the West side Story, that movie is better off alone( that movie was really good too). Some movies people should just leave it like the way it is. The only movie that I thought was good that was redone was The Wizard of Oz, which was redone and named The Wiz(that movie was good). I so wish next time directors or actors/actresses think about doing a sequel or re-doing a classic....I just want them to.....stop....and think really hard about this!.
